3.3 Service Modifications

Digimax reserves the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue features. Material adverse changes affecting paying Subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice.

4. Account Registration and Authorized Users

4.1 Account Accuracy

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.

4.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials, enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) where offered, and all activity occurring under their account. Notify Digimax immediately at info@digimaxmw.com of any suspected unauthorized access.

4.3 Authorized Users

Each Authorized User must have a unique login. Sharing credentials between individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Subscription Plans, Payment, and Renewal

5.1 Subscription Models

Feexid is offered on a subscription basis under two models:

A. Monthly Plan:

• Billed monthly in advance on the same calendar day each month (the "Billing Date").

• Auto-renews each month unless cancelled at least 3 business days before the next Billing Date.

• May be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current paid month. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

B. Annual Plan:

• Billed annually in advance, typically at a discounted rate compared to twelve (12) monthly payments.

• Auto-renews each year unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

• Locked-in pricing for the duration of the active annual term; price increases will not apply until renewal.

• Cancellation mid-term does not entitle the User to a prorated refund, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by Digimax.

• Annual Plans may include premium features such as priority support, enhanced SLA targets, advanced analytics, and additional Authorized User seats, as detailed in the chosen package.

5.2 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, VAT, and duties, which are the responsibility of the User unless legally required to be collected by Digimax.

5.3 Late Payment

Overdue amounts may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower). Accounts unpaid for more than 14 days may be suspended; accounts unpaid for 30+ days may be terminated and Customer Data archived per Section 11.

5.4 Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable, except:

• Where required by Malawian or other applicable consumer protection law.

• For verified, unresolved Service outages exceeding the SLA threshold (Section 9), where service credits may apply.

• For duplicate or erroneous charges reported within 30 days.

5.5 Free Trials and Promotional Offers
